Modern cuisine with old services

Some chefs are very protective of their methods and trade secrets. I guess there's a bit of job security involved :-) However, teaching different cuisines and cooking techniques is something that I really enjoy. The satisfaction when someone learns a new skill or a different way of doing things is hard to explain. It’s a very interactive process. Quite often I find that through researching and teaching, I also learn a great deal, coming up with a new twist on an old theme. Who said you can’t teach an old chef a new trick? From my life on the road as a Chef/Instructor with the Iskig's group, I intend to start in-house cooking classes before long at my new place of work.

As the Chef / Food & Beverage, Manager at the Pak Iskig Food, I now have a kitchen to organize into a fun place to learn. My staff will certainly be learning lots from my years of experience, but I also plan to open some Days here and there to my passionate foodies.Also, I hope to be able to offer my talents in this area to Food groups that in Khartoum, offering a level of entertainment not found elsewhere.
