entrepreneurs must have comprehensive skills. First, they should have
cooking passions and be able to provide delicious food. People’s taste
will not lie.
Second, the entrepreneurs should have passions to
serve. Culinary business is not only selling food but also providing
services. The entrepreneurs should know how to serve the customers,
present the food with attractive appearance and adequate portion. Thus
the food are worth commercializing.
Third, the entrepreneurs
must be able to see opportunities and set a typical identity. Do not
just follow others, let alone copy-paste others. As opportunities in
this business are huge, the entrepreneurs can look for characters or
positioning among any other players.
The last skill is smart
promotions. Even though the food is delicious and presented with
attractive appearance, if it is not combined with marketing strategy and
smart promotions, the brand name will not grow. Therefore, if the
entrepreneurs do not have any of these, they may cooperate with others
who have the competence.
